Organizational Development Committee

The ODC focuses on strategic planning, capacity-building, and continuous improvement to ensure that our programs and initiatives meet the evolving needs of our community. This is for you if any of these sound like you: you are formerly incarcerated, you have a strong organizational leadership background, strategy games are your jam, technical writing is fun for you, and you have a passion to see reentry organizations lead by those who’ve walked the path.

Sustainable Mission Committee

The SMC focuses on developing and executing strategic financial plans and fundraising strategies that align with our organization's goals and values while cultivating excellent donor relationships. This is for you if any of these sound like you: you’re formerly incarcerated, you’re a rockstar on social media, you have a strong background in finance, supply chain, or marketing, talking to people how cool something is energizes you, narrative writing and story-telling are your favorite form of communication, you plan the best parties, and you think grant writing is fun!

Outreach and Partnerships Committee

The OPC focuses on building partnerships, raising awareness, and promoting community involvement statewide that results in engaging businesses, nonprofits, and other institutions in the work of reentry services. This is for you if any of these sound like you: you’re formerly incarcerated, your LinkedIn network is broad and diverse, you have a strong background in public relations, marketing, or advocacy, you can’t go anywhere in your town without chatting with a business owner, your job has you traveling across the state, you enjoy public speaking, and talking with a legislator doesn’t phase you.

Volunteer Engagement Committee

The VEC attracts, engages, and retains a diverse pool of volunteers who are passionate about our mission and ensures that our volunteer efforts are aligned with our organizations mission. This is for you if any of these sound like you: you’re formerly incarcerated, you may as well be the mayor - everyone in your town knows you, you have a strong background in people management, project management, or facilitation, “natural born leader” is often how you’re described, you have a knack for finding other people’s special talents, group outings feed your soul, and you love seeing people find their own passion for a cause!
